| ‧ | In the first round of judging, each judge will determine his own shortlist of nominees individually. |
| ‧ | The shortlist of nominees entries that are able to go up to the second round will be made to the entrants by the judges. |
| ‧ | The scoring system will calculate and select the top 20% of entrants’ work in each category. |
| ‧ | The minimum top 6 – 8 entries will enter the shortlist. |
| ‧ | In the second round of judging, each will determine his/her score grading from 60 to 90. |
| ‧ | If more than half the judges think that there is no entry qualified for the category of the gold, silver, and bronze separately, it will be a vacancy. |
| ‧ | The entries with top marks in each category will receive Gold, Silver, and Bronze in order. |
| ‧ | The Best of Show winner will be selected from the Gold Awards in TV and Print categories with top marks.. |
| ‧ | In the second round of judging, score given to entries rightfully belonging to the company, production, or creativity of any judge must avoid scoring their entries or entries related to their companies and business. |
