I contributed to the improvement of a company's image with a successful brand campaign that was also a land-marking experience to Korea .
I have been posted as the creative director to specialize in Anycall, which has been the most powerful and most representative brand in Korea and has history of 10 years. With over 20 TV advertising films and print advertisings I have worked to produce and many other kinds of creative activities, I have greatly contributed to renewing brand images of Anycall and upgrade it into a brand that is more attracted to younger targets.
¡¥Anymotion', the world's first total entertainment marketing, which integrates on line and off line marketing.
For the first time, we tried a total entertainment marketing of both internet
and off-line events and music video format ad of 7 minutes. Instead of running ordinary 15 seconds long ads, we tried to keep pace with younger generation by making an ad in music video format. Such new way of marketing was enough to renew the Anycall brand into a trendy one. The new form of ad and marketing received attraction not only from the advertising industry, but also from the cultural industry, and we are coming up with new and various attempts of advertising to the market by continuing the campaign with Anyclub for 2 nd series and Anystyle for 3 rd series. |

Piyush Pandey
MD
Ogilvy & Mather
(India) |
|
Piyush Pandey has been named the most influential man in Indian advertising four years in a row by The Economic Times, India 's premier business paper. Under his leadership, O&M India has won a dozen Lions. And, in 2004, he became the first Asian to be the president of the Cannes jury.
But Piyush Pandey doesn't have a job.
That's because Piyush considers advertising a hobby: ¡§When you're having so much fun, how can you call it work?¡¨
Before he ¡¥quit working', Piyush was a professional cricketer and tea-taster. Then in the 80' s he put away his teacups and hung up his ball-guard (!) to join Ogilvy & Mather, Mumbai. He became its national creative director in 1994.
Over the years he has picked up over 500 Indian advertising awards. Under his leadership, O&M has been named India 's most creative agency ten times in the last eleven years. And O&M India is now ranked amongst the most creative offices in the entire O&M worldwide network.
Ad Club Mumbai voted Piyush's commercial for the adhesive brand Fevikwik as the commercial of the century. And his work on Cadburys, as the campaign of the century. Not surprisingly, people in India refer to chocolates as Cadburys.
Piyush hates being called the Godfather of Indian Advertising, a title often thrust upon him. He would rather be known as the Minister of Fun at O&M Advertising. |
